STEM ALL STARS

Mission

STEM All Stars is an international nonprofit organization committed to eliminating gender differences by running clubs, workshops, and financial literacy training for underprivileged girls to make them our future global leaders.

Our Story

STEM All Stars is an international nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that was started in the summer of 2015, committed to eliminating gender differences by running clubs and workshops for girls around the world. But why girls? Click here. Expanding the opportunities for women is the first step towards closing the gender gap. We focus on bringing STEM education for children through clubs and events, including fundraisers to sponsor children in underserved communities. Our funds are used to contribute necessary equipment for girls such as computers, tablets, projectors, furniture, books, and medical equipment (in response to COVID-19). In 2021, we held a 6 month initiative called She is a CEO where we provided $45,00o of funding and financial literacy training for 3 female entrepreneurs in Kampala, Uganda. STEM All Stars has also launched CodeAllStars, which provides tutorials about basic CS principles. Till now, we have reached over 17,000 students worldwide and launched 55 clubs while providing children with more knowledge about real-applications of STEM.

CLUBS

Studies show that conducting hands-on experiments is the most effective way to engage students in learning, especially technology. The STEM All Stars clubs provide a platform for students to have fun with STEM while bringing their experiment in their daily books to life!

WORKSHOPS

STEM All Stars organizes many events throughout the year to advocate STEM for women and to provide an opportunity for students to explore STEM through STEM camps, field trips, workshops, and more. Events are free, and every girl is highly encouraged to join!
